Arcachon Bay oysters
Farmed and refined by Nicolas Labarthe, served fresh to order.
From n°4 (small, delicate) to n°1 (extra-large, generous), plus flat oysters subject to availability — each size reveals the briny, buttery flavours of the Bay. We shuck them right in front of you, with a squeeze of lemon or au naturel.
Paliquey Plate
A plate of 12 medium oysters*, accompanied by a ramekin of prawns, a ramekin of whelks and your choice of: periwinkles or Landes-style terrine (70g).
* Served with 2 small rolls, butter, lemon or vinegar, mayonnaise or aïoli
Terrines and local specialities
The flavours of land and sea united in a single moment.
To round off the tasting, we offer a selection of artisan Landes-style terrines — duck, game, foie gras — that pair beautifully with a glass of white or rosé. A delicious way to explore both sides of the Gironde’s terroir.
The basin's drinks
A local selection to complement your oysters perfectly.
For white and rosé wine, we offer you Côte de Gascogne, and for water, the unrivalled « Eau des Abatilles », which is extracted and bottled directly on the Arcachon Bay (still and sparkling).

When can I come and taste your oysters?
July–August every day 9:30 am–9:00 pm. September to June Wednesday to Monday 9:30 am–7:00 pm. Outside these times our vending machine is available.
Do you have an oyster vending machine?
Yes, our vending machine is available 24/7, even when the hut is closed. Perfect for a spontaneous oyster craving at any time.
