Are you open all year round?
Yes, we open 12 months a year. In summer we’re open every day until 9 pm; outside summer, Wednesday to Sunday 9:30 am–7:00 pm.
Can I buy oysters outside opening hours?
Absolutely! Our automatic vending machine runs 24/7. You can get fresh oysters even when the hut is closed.
Do you cater for special occasions?
Contact us for birthdays, hen parties or professional events. We’ll do our best to make your visit memorable.
Are the oysters farmed on site?
Yes, Nicolas Labarthe is a farmer, producer and affineur. Our oysters are raised right here on Arcachon Bay and served fresh to order.
